Miss Isobel anticipates all parcels will arrive at their destination within 2 – 6 business days depending on delivery location and shipping method selected. Please note that this is simply a guide and whilst Miss Isobel will ensure that your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, or our selected courier service, in a timely manner, the delivery schedule thereafter is beyond our control.
Express Shipping should arrive within 1 – 2 business days for all major city centres according to Australia Post timelines (allow 2 – 3 days for remote areas).
Miss Isobel does not accept liability for parcels lost once confirmed delivered to their destination. All parcels are sent with Australia Post Tracking. We do not accept liability for packaging damaged during shipping, we quality check all orders to ensure all items are in perfect order upon shipping.
All our featured items are in stock unless otherwise specified and will be shipped from Miss Isobel.
Miss Isobel ensures all items are in perfect condition before being sent via post or courier. If any item is faulty please contact us at email@example.com within five (5) days of receiving your order and return the faulty item to us for a refund or a replacement of the product.
Please do NOT send any items back to us without contacting us first. We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind or if damage or fault is the result of misuse of the product.
